- WCP Series Oil C&S Purifier
- WCP series coalescing separation oil purification device integrates two functions of high efficiency dehydration and high precision filtration, which can effectively remove emulsified water, free water and particulate impurities in the oil to ensure the quality of the oil.
The oil to be treated first passes through the suction filter, and then is sucked into the high-efficiency filter by the pump to remove the contaminated particles.
The oil passes through the coalescing filter element of the device. Due to the special polar role of the coalescing filter material, the emulsified water and free water in the oil are gradually coalesced after passing through the coalescing filter material, and the larger water droplets act under gravity It sinks into the water storage container, and the coalesced oil then passes through the separation filter. The separation filter has hydrophobic properties, so that the smaller water droplets still suspended in the oil are blocked on the surface of the separation filter, and the oil The liquid passes through the filter element and is discharged from the liquid outlet. The small water beads blocked on the surface of the separation filter element accumulate with each other, gradually increase, and then sink to the water storage container under the container due to gravity.
